Description
The Deburring Operator operates burring equipment to remove external and internal burrs from parts to customer specifications. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of burring experience, knowledge of metals and alloys, and the ability to use abrasive tools, inspection equipment, borescopes, and production documentation. The operator follows safety and AS9100/ISO9001 requirements, verifies dimensions, completes paperwork, and may travel between Southwick and Westfield facilities. First and second shifts are available, with the first shift from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and the second shift from 4:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, including a 25% shift differential.
