The School Bus Assistant assists a bus driver with safely boarding and alighting students, securing wheelchairs and other restraints, monitoring student conduct, managing passengers, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, completing paperwork, and supporting emergency evacuations. The role requires attention to detail, physical ability to assist students, strong communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work with children. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, meet physical and medical requirements, and complete required training and safety meetings.
