Description
IDEA Public Schools is hiring a Bus Driver to safely transport students on scheduled routes to and from school sites and field trips, maintain passenger discipline, inspect the bus, manage loading and unloading, and keep required records. The role requires a GED or high school diploma, experience operating large passenger vehicles or equivalent training, a valid Class P and S CDL, completed safety training, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and at least 32 hours per week. Compensation is $25.00 to $28.75 per hour, with a performance bonus and benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid family leave, tuition reimbursement, and other employee benefits.
