Description
KCATA is hiring full-time Bus Operators to safely and reliably operate large buses, small buses, and RideKC Flex vehicles throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. The role includes making stops, assisting riders, navigating the transit system, operating fare boxes and destination signs, performing vehicle inspections, and communicating with dispatch. Experience is not required because CDL training is provided, and applicants must meet age, education, licensing, background, medical, and scheduling requirements. Pay ranges from $26.456 to $35.275 per hour depending on vehicle type, with benefits available after eligibility requirements are met.
