Description
Baltimore County Public Schools is hiring a temporary trainee Bus Driver to learn and perform school bus operations, including transporting students and staff, maintaining discipline, completing vehicle inspections, reporting defects, developing emergency evacuation plans, and traveling between transportation worksites throughout Baltimore County. The trainee may become eligible for a substitute/part-time or regular full-time Bus Driver position. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Class B Maryland driver's license, meet school vehicle driver qualifications, and successfully complete CPI training. The trainee salary is $20.12 per hour, with higher rates for substitute, part-time, and full-time Bus Driver positions.
