Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Working face-to-face with the general public within a service provision environment providing customer care and quality services.
Keeping written records / documentation in a neat and tidy manner and sufficiently numerate to complete worksheets.
Able to communicate effectively with people with varying capabilities, including those with challenging behaviours and vulnerable groups.
Ability, with training, to undertake a series of moving and handling operations associated with the transport of people and static loads.
Must be willing, after training, to administer first aid, medication and rescue medication as and when required.
