Description
The Bus Operations Supervisor oversees dispatch and bus operations for GRTC, supervising Bus Operators and assisting Bus Operations Managers. The role maintains schedules, operator attendance and leave records, CAD/AVL communications, road and detour documentation, employee assignments, disciplinary records, operational reports, accident investigations, and on-street operator supervision. It also requires operating transit vehicles as needed and working rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extreme weather.
