Cathay Express Transportation is hiring Bus Operators to safely transport individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to and from day habilitation programs throughout New York City. The role involves operating company vehicles, following DOT and client requirements, assisting with passenger loading and wheelchair lifts, completing vehicle inspections and documentation, communicating with dispatch, and providing courteous service. Candidates must be at least 21, hold a valid New York State driver's license, and have a clean driving record; CDL Class B or C with a Passenger endorsement is preferred, and paid training may be available. The position pays $23–$25 per hour, offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, and paid training benefits.
