Community Mainstreaming Associates is seeking an experienced executive leader to oversee the organization's administrative infrastructure and support the CEO and Board on operational, financial, technology, facilities, fleet, risk, compliance, and growth matters. The role leads multiple business administration functions, including technology and cybersecurity, facilities and capital projects, fleet and insurance, risk management, compliance, budgets, contracts, purchasing, and the social enterprise. It requires a bachelor's degree, seven to ten years of progressive management experience, and strong financial, analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills; a master's degree and relevant nonprofit, healthcare, or New York State OPWDD experience are preferred.
