Description
The Business Administrator supports daily business-unit operations by managing subcontractor documentation, orders, change orders, accounts receivable, collections, cross-functional communication, facility and office operations, vendor management, safety and compliance documentation, HR onboarding, warehouse and inventory activities, and local meetings. The role also provides supervisory support through employee training, work assignment, performance reviews, and team culture. Candidates need three years of administrative or business-operations experience or a two-year business-management degree, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain or become a Notary Public.
