Central Oregon Community College is hiring a part-time, temporary Business Advisor II in Bend to advise entrepreneurs and small business owners on business planning, financial analysis, sales and marketing, operations, and resource referrals. The role includes scheduling advisory meetings, conducting one-on-one business assessments, developing action plans, recording client interactions, supporting loan applications, researching business resources, and attending community events. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, small-business ownership or operation experience, computer literacy, and the ability to evaluate business plans; bilingual English-Spanish proficiency is strongly encouraged.
