PNC is seeking a Business Analysis Advisor to join their Home Lending Servicing organization. Based in Pittsburgh PA, Annapolis MD, or Brecksville OH, this role supports technology delivery within Home Lending Servicing systems by coordinating implementation across various downstream servicing platforms. The advisor will partner with the Product Owner to define technical requirements, manage development efforts across diverse teams, create and manage change artifacts, and drive conversations to clarify requirements with stakeholders. The ultimate goal is to advocate for Home Lending profitability, growth, and enhanced customer experience.
