Description
PNC is hiring a Business Analysis Advisor for its Enterprise Change Office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role partners with Product Owners, stakeholders, project and portfolio management, and technology teams to gather and analyze business requirements, document user stories and acceptance criteria, support prioritization, define solution needs, evaluate enhancement requests, and deliver integrations, enhancements, and defect resolutions. The advisor also participates in SAFe Agile ceremonies, supports production releases, and serves as a liaison between business and technology teams throughout the solution lifecycle. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience; preferred qualifications include Agile experience, business requirements elicitation, user story development, Jira and Confluence proficiency, and project management experience.
