Monash University is hiring a full-time Business Analysis and Improvement Officer for its Finance Applications and Processes team in Mulgrave. The fixed-term appointment runs until 23 August 2027 and pays HEW 7 ($110,527–$121,227) plus 17% superannuation. The role leads complex analytics, process improvement, change initiatives, business requirements gathering, process rationalisation, system development and testing, and stakeholder collaboration to streamline and automate financial processes. Candidates should have experience in business analysis, data analytics, process improvement, data extraction and transformation, visualisation, database querying, automation, Python, and process mapping software, along with strong change-management and stakeholder-management skills.
