PNC is hiring a Business Analysis Manager for its Treasury Management Operations Administration organization. The role manages business analyst teams, leads requirements discovery and analysis, supports business and IT process design, workflow analytics, reporting, and business cases, and establishes metrics to ensure requirements are met. The position is based remotely in Cleveland, Ohio, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with a Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or comparable education and experience, at least three years of management experience, and preferably experience with AI technologies and automated operational solutions. The base salary is $100,100 to $204,490, with incentive eligibility.
