Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years of experience in commercial, bidding, contract management, or data analysis within the construction industry.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in overseas projects, foreign-invested projects, or cross-border commercial roles.
Overseas study or work experience.
TEM-8 or equivalent (e.g., IELTS 6.5+).
Proficiency in Excel and mainstream BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or a foundational knowledge of SQL is preferred, with the ability to build complex analytical models.
Experience with bidding software such as Glodon or Zhuye is a plus.
