Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is hiring a Business Analyst to support the State Health Analytics Reporting Platform (SHARP) project in Austin. The role analyzes business systems and user needs, prepares solution options and financial analyses, supports business process reengineering, and serves as the primary liaison between the in-house development team, vendor development team, and program area. The Business Analyst will also perform quality assurance, act as Scrum Master, manage project schedule, budget, and scope, and provide status updates and project reporting. The position requires 8 years of experience, with 5 years of experience preferred, and requires local candidates to work onsite three days per week while allowing two days remote.
