Sistema Technologies is hiring a Business Analyst for an 11-month, onsite government-client project in Austin, Texas. The role focuses on a major Medicaid system modernization, including analyzing business systems and user needs, preparing solution options and financial analyses, coordinating vendors, developing requirements and technical documentation, troubleshooting systems, managing project scope and deployment, and supporting user acceptance testing. The position requires experience with project management, requirements analysis, system integration, and Microsoft products; TFS/ADO, Agile/SAFe, enterprise systems, cloud solutions, Texas Medicaid and CHIP processes, and portfolio project management are preferred. Three professional references are required.
