Description

The PM/Business Analyst will support legacy-to-web application modernization initiatives for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. The role leads business and technical analysis, requirements elicitation and documentation, gap analysis, stakeholder coordination, project planning, and validation of .NET and SQL-based solutions. It is a staff-augmentation position requiring 11+ years of relevant experience, with 100% onsite work in Austin, Texas, and possible extension into FY27.

11+ years of experience translating legacy application behavior into modern web-based requirements
11+ years of experience in stakeholder facilitation, communication, consensus building, project coordination, and task tracking
Knowledge of SQL-based data models and system integrations
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

8+ years of experience converting legacy applications to web-based solutions
