Cognition+ is hiring a full-time Business Analyst to support the accounting module of its Enterprise Insurance Management Platform for property and casualty insurance clients. The role involves implementing and configuring the platform, evaluating client accounting practices, gathering requirements, analyzing data, supporting users, providing training, and executing implementation projects. Candidates need a university degree or college diploma in accounting or a related field, at least five years of P&C insurance finance or accounting experience, knowledge of accounting processes and IFRS, and familiarity with insurance and accounting software. The position is based in London, Ontario or remotely within Canada, with occasional travel to offices and client sites.
