UpClear is seeking a Business Analyst (Application Support and Deployment) to join their Solutions Delivery team. This role involves deploying SaaS software for new customers, standardizing configurations, enabling new features, and collaborating with the Product team. Responsibilities include activating customer issues, configuring systems, supporting version upgrades, analyzing customer requests, providing customer support, training, and documenting features. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT, data, project management, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in project management and data analysis.
