HBS is hiring a Business Analyst Apprentice for its Platforms & Solutions team to support ERP and back-office applications. The role involves managing applications and projects, providing user support, handling incidents and enhancement requests, supporting data management and integrations, monitoring system performance, and maintaining functional and technical documentation. The candidate should be pursuing a master’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, with an interest in Microsoft tools, ERP environments, and low-code/no-code technologies; SQL, application interfaces, and IT support processes are appreciated. French and English are required, while German and Spanish are appreciated depending on business needs.
