Description
The Business Analyst will support Michigan Judicial Information Services by analyzing and documenting court business processes, requirements, workflows, and user stories for the statewide MiFILE electronic filing initiative. The role collaborates with Michigan trial courts, JIS staff, and project stakeholders; facilitates requirements elicitation; develops process maps and documentation; supports testing and validation; and participates in periodic onsite visits to Michigan courts. It is a full-time remote position with potential travel to court locations up to twice per month.
