Description
The Business Analyst will analyze existing systems, business processes, and operational workflows; gather and document requirements; design scalable solutions; support system implementations and upgrades; manage related projects; and train end users. The role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, supports reporting and automation, and improves workflows across sales, purchasing, production, project management, and operations. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, enterprise systems knowledge, business analysis experience, and strong communication skills are required, while manufacturing or operations experience is preferred. The annual salary is $75,000–$95,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
