The role focuses on requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, workflow design, cross-team coordination, and liaison work between business stakeholders and developers. It requires 4–6 years of Business Analyst experience in IT or product environments, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Agile experience, technical familiarity, and project-tracking support are preferred. The salary range is $60,000–$110,000 annually.
