Azumo is hiring a Business Analyst to lead software development and personalized development initiatives in a fully remote Latin America-based role. The position involves translating business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, data dictionaries, and gap analyses; managing Agile backlogs in JIRA and Notion; supporting UAT and product validation; creating prototypes; and using AI tools to accelerate documentation, testing, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least four years of business analysis experience in software development, Agile experience, JIRA and Notion proficiency, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, professional English proficiency, and Latin America residency.
