Description
The Business Analyst will analyse business needs and support the design and continuous improvement of standard global processes within English & Exams. The role involves data analysis, process design, data mining, data visualisation, compliance monitoring, stakeholder support, and operational improvement projects. It is a 24/7 on-site role in Noida with rotating shifts, including night shifts, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of business analysis experience, Power BI and Power Automate experience, and evidence of data analysis and process design work.
