Datavail is hiring an Analytics Business Analyst to define client technical and business requirements, document them, and work with developers to design and test analytics applications involving data ingestion, reporting and dashboard development, or advanced AI/ML applications. The role collaborates with technical delivery and account management teams to deliver customer-focused analytics solutions, provide consulting and advisory guidance, and support best practices within the Data Management Business Unit. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, technical, or a related field, healthcare experience, healthcare data and data-systems knowledge, 3–5 years of professional services experience, and strong customer communication skills; experience with GCP, Databricks, Fabric, or Snowflake is a plus.
