Description
The Business Analyst will support VDOT’s tolling modernization program by gathering and documenting business and system requirements for microservices, APIs, and modernization workflows. The role creates user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps; collaborates with developers, architects, QA, and operations in Agile/Scrum using Azure DevOps Boards; provides light QA validation; and ensures clear stakeholder communication. The position is a hybrid contractor role in Mechanicsville, Virginia, requires local Virginia candidates and prior state or federal client experience, and is for a contract of 8+ months.
