Description
DOCOsoft is hiring a Business Analyst to support client-facing projects across its CMS and VEW platforms. The role covers discovery, requirements definition, process mapping, requirements documentation, data migration, testing, training, go-live support, and post-go-live activities. The analyst will report to a Senior Business Analyst, collaborate with project, engineering, product, QA, and client teams, and work from the DOCOsoft London office or client sites two to three days each week. The position requires at least five years of client-facing business analysis experience in enterprise software, SaaS implementation, or a comparable environment, along with knowledge of the London insurance market.
