Description

ECI is hiring a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions for enterprise software projects. The role covers requirements gathering and documentation, gap analysis, Agile facilitation, data mapping, UAT, stakeholder communication, process optimization, and requirement traceability. Candidates need 8 years of business analysis experience in a technology-driven organization, Agile experience, proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio, and familiarity with ERP, WMS, data modeling, and workflow design. The position is hybrid.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8 years of business analysis experience in a technology-driven organization
Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Experience in business requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
Experience conducting UAT and working with QA teams
Familiarity with SDLC and project management principles
2–4 years of experience with business analytics solutions, preferably Power BI
2–4 years of SQL programming experience
Experience with ERP and WMS system concepts
Knowledge of importing data for reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts
Understanding of data modeling, process mapping, and workflow design
Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
