Exposant 3 is hiring a Business Analyst to support business-process consulting for judicial and court-service transformation projects. The role involves analyzing and improving processes, conducting needs and business-positioning assessments, evaluating legislative impacts, documenting current and target processes, creating operating procedures, and producing recommendations and other client-facing deliverables. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field, five years of experience documenting or updating business processes and business rules, and experience contributing to change-management strategies in two engagements of at least 500 person-days each. The position is remote.
