Description
The Business Analyst will design, implement, administer, and oversee agency compensation programs for Frankenmuth Insurance and its subsidiaries. The role involves gathering and cleansing data, modeling compensation programs, presenting recommendations to executive leaders, maintaining agreements and documentation, serving as a subject-matter expert, developing compensation reports, and leading complex projects. It requires a bachelor’s degree or four or more years of property and casualty insurance experience, strong Excel and data-reconciliation skills, and experience with reporting tools such as SAP Business Object, Power BI, or Tableau. The position requires legal work authorization in the United States and does not offer visa sponsorship.
