Description
The Business Analyst – Airline Domain will work with airline business and technology teams to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translate airline operational processes into system requirements, and support Agile delivery, backlog grooming, UAT, production releases, impact analysis, and change initiatives. The role requires 7–12 years of experience in airline or aviation IT, including systems such as Reservations & Ticketing, PSS, DCS, Revenue Management, Inventory, Loyalty, or Ancillaries, along with strong functional analysis, stakeholder management, communication, and Agile/Scrum skills.
