The client is seeking Business Analysts to collaborate with stakeholders, identify business needs, gather requirements, analyze data, and support decision-making and process improvement. Responsibilities include business process reengineering, workflow and process management, change management, quality assurance, scenario modeling, solution testing, Agile business analysis, and stakeholder communication. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, at least two years of Business Analyst or similar experience, analytical and data-visualization skills, Agile experience, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of Greek and English.
