O3 Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst to work with customers and project stakeholders to understand user needs, define business requirements, conduct research and testing, develop user stories, evaluate and test product enhancements, support feature adoption, and contribute to onboarding materials and product visuals. The role requires strong analytical, communication, Agile, research, presentation, and business-process modeling skills, along with MS Office proficiency and the ability to travel up to 20%. Preferred qualifications include industrial construction experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of Business Analyst experience, Advanced Work Packaging knowledge, CBAP certification, and Spanish proficiency.
