Orases is hiring a mid-level Business Analyst to own requirements, documentation, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and release support for custom software projects. The role requires 2–5 years of hands-on BA, Business Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar delivery experience, along with requirements-writing, web-application testing, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills. Applicants must be U.S.-based, able to work on East Coast time, and eligible to work in the United States. The position offers flexible work from the Frederick, Maryland office or remotely, with an annualized base salary of $75,000 to $85,000 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
