Description
The Business Analyst will support PHIG-related data, analytics, reporting, business operations, and data-governance initiatives for a 12-month grant-funded program in Indianapolis. The role translates business needs into requirements, documents and tracks work, coordinates stakeholders, manages risks and issues, and supports data mapping, metadata, lineage, data quality, governance scorecards, and operational handoff. It reports to the Director of Data Governance and Business Operations and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of relevant business analyst or project management experience, and strong communication, change-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
