Ping Identity is hiring a Business Analyst to report to the Director of Business Transformation Strategy within its Business Transformation Office. The role focuses on business requirements, customer journey initiatives, software development, data governance, process improvement, reporting and analytics, change management, and delivery coordination across customer-facing and internal operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least three years of consulting, customer success, support, professional services, operations, or business experience, and familiarity with business analysis, SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall. The role offers a Colorado salary range of $70,000–$90,000 and includes healthcare, retirement, PTO, parental leave, and other benefits.
