Description
The Business Analyst will elicit and analyze business and technical requirements, translate them into functional specifications, user stories, SRS, and BRD documentation, and coordinate with customers, product, development, QA, and technical teams. The role covers requirements engineering, process modeling, gap analysis, software and interface specifications, testing validation, change management, and support for business transitions, using UML, agile methodologies, and tools such as GitLab and JIRA.
