Description
The Business Analyst will translate financial-services regulatory and business requirements into solution specifications, manage roadmaps and stakeholder expectations, document requirements and controls in Confluence and Jira, and own end-to-end delivery including backlog management, SIT/UAT, pre-go-live change activities, and production issue resolution. The role requires analytical thinking, stakeholder management, Agile knowledge, and practical Excel and PowerPoint skills, with flexible working and remote-work openness.
