The role translates business goals into product and system requirements, leads discovery and requirements gathering, produces functional documentation and process models, supports delivery and stakeholder alignment, and analyzes processes and product performance for optimization while ensuring regulatory and business compliance. It is fully remote worldwide and seeks candidates with 3–5 years of business, product, or product operations analysis experience in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or digital financial products.
