Description

APAC Business Domain Solution team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to be based in Shanghai, China. The role bridges business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to translate sales and marketing requirements into technical solutions, manage system implementation projects, support solution design around enterprise architecture, data and AI integration, and oversee UAT and rollout. The position requires strong communication in English and Chinese, experience with system implementation, Agile/Scrum, JIRA/Confluence, and familiarity with WeChat/WeCom, CRM/ERP integrations, and China-specific technology stacks.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Manager
Experience managing IT system implementation projects end to end
Experience with enterprise application architecture and system integration
Experience working with data structures, analytics, and AI capabilities
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an MNC or international matrix organization
Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms or AI agent configuration
Familiarity with the WeChat ecosystem
Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and API integration
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to travel occasionally
