Sphinx is hiring a full-time Business Analyst – Skill Level 2 in Springfield, Virginia to support clients’ Human Development mission. The role administers and manages certification testing programs in approved, proctored environments, ensures compliance with applicable laws, accreditation standards, and ADA requirements, and develops and maintains testing processes and procedures. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus at least 12 months of relevant experience with testing or certification environments.
