The Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze processes, gather and validate requirements, develop process maps and business cases, support solution design and testing, and drive continuous improvement and change management. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3–7+ years of relevant experience, with Agile, data analysis, ERP/CRM, collaboration tools, and digital transformation experience preferred. Compensation is estimated at $85,000–$110,000, with health benefits and other financial programs.
