TEHORA is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze health and social-services needs, develop business cases and opportunity assessments, coordinate business, technology, procurement, legal, and finance resources, facilitate requirements workshops, document processes and user requirements, support testing, and ensure implementation readiness. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of agile project-management experience, experience with a provincial or federal government business case, and significant health-sector experience.
