TEHORA is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze health and social-services needs, develop business and opportunity cases, coordinate business, technology, procurement, legal, and finance resources, facilitate requirements workshops, document processes and requirements, support testing, and ensure implementation quality. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of agile project-management experience, experience with a provincial or federal government business case, and significant health-sector experience.
