Vista is hiring an intermediate Business Analyst to bridge legal, product, and engineering perspectives by analysing legal and regulatory texts, extracting compliance requirements, and converting them into clear, traceable requirement documents and user stories. The role supports compliance monitoring and roadmap planning, assesses new products and features, facilitates workshops, and collaborates with legal experts, subject matter experts, engineers, product managers, architects, regulatory bodies, and third parties. It is based in Auckland with hybrid working requiring two to three office days per week, and applicants must already have the right to work in New Zealand without employer sponsorship.
