Worldwide Clinical Trials is hiring a Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams by eliciting, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear, actionable, testable requirements for SaaS products, integrations, dashboards, and reports. The role involves process and data analysis, stakeholder workshops, wireframes and workflow documentation, impact analysis, acceptance criteria, requirements traceability, and user acceptance testing. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years as a Business or Systems Analyst, and experience with business requirements, complex data, user stories, and solution modeling; clinical trial systems experience is preferred.
