The role involves translating business needs into requirements, driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of solutions and applications, communicating with cross-functional teams, and refining solutions based on feedback. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
